Where on the Eastern Shores of iSimangaliso will our guide take you?
After collecting you from outside of your accommodation in St Lucia, our guide will travel to the Bhangazi gate of the iSimangaliso wetland park. Here he will settle your gate entrance permit and give you a brief introduction to the park and what the afternoon will entail.
The southern section of the Eastern Shores have a good network of roads including, Pan loop, Vlei loop, Forest loop and the roads leading to both Mission rocks and Catalina bay.
Depending on factors like season, weather conditions, water levels, your wish list and general wildlife movement our guide will determine what the best options will be.
What to bring with on your St Lucia Sunset Safari
For your Sunset Safari in summer we would suggest bringing a light jumper whilst in winter a warm jacket is advised.
If you do have your own binoculars, please bring them along and please don’t forget your camera equipment!
During the game drive our guide will stop at an appropriate picnic site or view point for a cup of coffee or tea.
